Maria Hak, Founder and Partner Maria has over ten years of experience in private equity, management consulting, investment banking and operations. Maria's unique background combines investment experience with extensive consulting and management expertise. Prior to founding MH Capital, Maria served as Managing Director of the Los Angeles office of private investment firm Kensington Partners. Maria serves on the Board of Directors and audit committee of All-In-One Products, Inc. Maria gained substantial experience in mergers, acquisitions and business strategy through her work in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of Fox Inc. and as a consultant and portfolio manager. At Fox Inc. Maria executed numerous transactions from $5 to $500 million and involving over $500 million in bank financing and was responsible for completing dozens of M&A and strategic plans. Maria's consulting activities focused on strategy, analysis of acquisition opportunities and due diligence for acquisitions. As a Vice President of Investments and Portfolio Manager for Columbia Savings and Loan Association, Maria was responsible for high-yield bond investments of over $1 billion. After Fox, Maria worked with three start-up companies in a series of general management and operations positions. Among them was serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer; Vice President of Business Development and Marketing; and founder and CEO of FoodandYou.com - a Web site containing food and restaurant information, original content and e-commerce. Maria began her career as a Product Manager and Senior Planning Analyst for General Telephone and Electronics, a Strategic Consultant for Arthur Andersen, and a Senior Business Analyst for Citicorp.
